Other Abstract

本課程先帶領四年級學生了解食物中的色素、其成因和對身體的影響,再引導學生經由實驗探究的過程嘗試把色素提取出來,並探究如何從食物當中抽取自然色素。課程最後,引導學生探究如何把自然色素用於日常生活當中,例如進行藝術創作,為食品上色等等。
