Abstract | Microfluidic devices have found wide-spread applications in biology samples. In the paper, a single recirculating flow, or microvortex, that can generate a fluid of large radial acceleration will be analysis through the simulation of a diamond-shaped microchamber. In micromixers, microvortices can produce a good mixing due to the high radial acceleration. © 2009 American Institute of Physics. |
