零食式鍛煉與心臟代謝健康

Abstract低心肺適能和久坐是心臟代謝疾病的獨立風險因素。零食式鍛煉(exercise snacks)是指分散在全天中反復進行單次小於 1 分鐘的劇烈運動。作爲一種新穎的運動鍛煉策略,零食式鍛煉既可提高心肺適能,同時又能打破久坐時間。與傳統鍛煉方式相比,零食式鍛煉的突出特點是耗時極少且安排靈活。本文概述零食式鍛煉的方法及其有益于心臟代謝健康的現有證據和未來研究方向。
