| Abstract | 小班化教学是保障学生学习权益、满足教育个性化需求和适应社会发展的一种教学理念和措施。文 章检视实施至今接近20年的澳门小班化教学政策的缘起和发展，发现该政策常处于一种偶发性和非线性的发展， 欠缺长远的目标规划和持恒的措施，难以促进优质教育的发展，且衍生出教育不公平的现象。文末提出若干建议 以便进一步改善政策的推行，实现更公平的教育。 |
