Abstract | The purpose of this small-scale action research is to reflect on professional and practical challenges of a coach from a secondary school activity in Macao. The couch who built a positive hockey team but faced challenges of reshaping and encouraging good behaviors and pleasant atmospheres. The coach intended to implement teaching personal and social responsibility model to take lead of a team culture and explore players’ attitude in term of respect, self-motivation, self-direction and caring. |
