Abstract	The development styles of casino gaming are quite different, whatever the management idea or the regulation policy. At first, this article made comparison of the development styles between Las Vegas and Atlantic city. Then, it analyzed the influence on casino operation brought by regulation policies. Finally, it made the suggestions to improving the Macao’s gaming regulation according to Macao’s industry characters. 世界博彩業的發展模式各有不同，無論是經營理念還是政府監管都存在較為明顯的差異。本文首先對美國拉城和大西洋城的博彩業發展模式進行比較分析，進而深入討論兩地監管營模式的影響。在總結監管政策的基礎上，根據澳門博彩業的特點，本文提出完善本地博彩業監管政策，促進產業健康發展的建議。
