| Abstract | 本文彙整兩岸四地中，香港、澳門、臺灣對於知識產權保護的主管機關及職責，並指出其各自目前對於知識產權保護所面臨的主要挑戰。通過分析比較發現，產業結構、執法力度、國際合作、法規保障對於知識產權的保護成效具有重大影響。相信本文結果對於學界和實務界更加瞭解（1）如何促進兩岸四地的知識産權發展、登記註冊、維權保護、及融資貿易服務；（2）同時反映不同行業有關知識産權的訴求；（3）並希望對於建立商界、公眾、與兩岸四地政府溝通知識産權事務的平台，具有一定啟示作用。 |
