Generally, the book thus aims to remedy the absence of law in the bifurcated debates and to stress the importance of the legal dimension in practice and scholarship for the BRICS countries’ successful cooperation. Indicated by the title, the book advocates the significance of the role of law in determining and securing a sustainable format of BRICS cooperation.
