Abstract | 本实用新型提供了一种原位退火装置及单晶生长设备,涉及单晶生长技术领域。该原位退火装置包括用于套设在单晶生长设备的护筒外的筒体以及与筒体连接的多个加热部,加热部用于对护筒内的晶体加热,多个加热部沿筒体的轴向设置,多个加热部的加热温度逐渐降低。原位退火装置通过多个加热部沿筒体的轴向设置,且多个加热部的加热温度逐渐降低,可在护筒内生长的晶体逐渐下降的过程中持续加热并缓慢降温,起到退火效果,从而降低因生长晶体吸热能力差及下降时周围环境温差变大造成的晶体开裂的几率。包括上述原位退火装置的单晶生长设备结构简单、操作容易,能有效降低由于所生长单晶吸热能力差及在下降时周围环境温差变大所导致的热应力开裂问题。 |
