Abstract

本发明公开了一种纳米复合材料及其制备方法和应用,该纳米复合材料的制备方法包括:将羟基封端的MXene‑alk‑Ti 3C2二维层状纳米材料、锡盐和糖类化合物在pH为8~14以及160~190℃的温度下的溶液体系中进行水热反应。该方法可以使尺寸均一的块状纳米二氧化锡均匀分布在二维纳米碳化钛表面,得到的复合材料电化学性能好,制备方法对设备要求低、操作简便、成本低廉,有利于实现工业化大规模生产,且该复合材料能够在化学传感、锂离子电池、超级电容器等领域具有较佳的应用前景。
