Abstract

本发明公开了一种荧光金属纳米团簇及其制备方法和应用,该荧光金属纳米团簇包括镍金属纳米结构和谷胱甘肽配体,谷胱甘肽配体通过化学键附着于镍金属纳米结构上,其荧光最大激发波长为380nm,最大发射波长为445nm,具有在溶剂中的聚集诱导荧光增强的光学特性。其制备方法简便,易操作,成本低,绿色温和,并且该荧光金属纳米团簇能够作为荧光探针被DTC类有机化合物荧光淬灭,因此,其能够对DTC类有机化合物进行快速、灵敏且高特异性的识别。在环境水样和中药材农残污染物的检测中有潜在的应用价值。
