| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种荧光金属纳米团簇及其制备方法和应用，该荧光金属纳米团簇包括镍金属纳米结构和谷胱甘肽配体，谷胱甘肽配体通过化学键附着于镍金属纳米结构上，其荧光最大激发波长为380nm，最大发射波长为445nm，具有在溶剂中的聚集诱导荧光增强的光学特性。其制备方法简便，易操作，成本低，绿色温和，并且该荧光金属纳米团簇能够作为荧光探针被DTC类有机化合物荧光淬灭，因此，其能够对DTC类有机化合物进行快速、灵敏且高特异性的识别。在环境水样和中药材农残污染物的检测中有潜在的应用价值。 |
