Abstract

本发明公开了一种Li xSi复合材料及其制备方法和锂离子电池负极材料。该LixSi复合材料,其包括内核和包覆于内核表面的壳层,内核为LixSi纳米颗粒,壳层为人工SEI膜;其中,人工SEI膜由连续分布的LiF薄膜以及聚合态的含F高分子层构成。通过“液相界面反应”在LixSi纳米颗粒表面包覆一层连续,均匀且致密的人工SEI膜,从而提升LixSi复合材料环境适应能力,且LixSi复合材料能够在潮湿的空气中,NMP,乙醇及水溶剂中保持长期的化学和结构稳定性。该LixSi复合材料用作锂离子电池负极时,可以有效电池的首次库伦效率,能量密度以及循环寿命。
