本发明提供了一种基因工程化的NK细胞、其制备方法和用途。所述基因工程化的NK细胞表达抗原嵌合受体,其中,所述抗原嵌合受体由胞外结构域、跨膜结构域和胞内信号结构域组成,并且其中所述抗原嵌合受体的胞外结构域为靶向抗原IGF‑1R的抗体或其片段,优选纳米抗体Nab1。本发明的基因工程化的NK细胞可杀伤表达IGF‑1R的肿瘤细胞。
