| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种含有穿心莲内酯的药物组合物及其制备方法和制剂。该药物组合物包括a)穿心莲内酯，b)环糊精，c)表面活性剂，其中穿心莲内酯与环糊精的摩尔比为1:2~1:5，表面活性剂的质量百分比为0.1%~5%。本发明所述的含有穿心莲内酯的药物组合物三元体系溶解度高，且体外表征试验，细胞试验及药代动力学试验均表明本发明所述的药物组合物提高了穿心莲内酯的体内生物利用度，从而能够提高临床疗效。 |
