Abstract本发明公开了一种具有热活化近红外上转换发光特性的碳纳米点及其制备方法与应用,属于碳纳米材料技术领域。碳纳米点由红光发射碳纳米点剥离制备,由单层或少量类石墨烯片层堆积而成,其主吸收和发射峰位于近红外区。碳纳米点的上转换发光起源于热活化单光子吸收,可在连续激光光源激发下实现;随温度升高上转换发射峰位蓝移,峰强增强;随温度降低,上转换发射逐渐消失,下转换发光增强。近红外发光上转换碳纳米点可作为近红外成像试剂应用于变温上转换荧光成像和活体上转换荧光成像。
