| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种中药泡腾片及其制备方法，涉及中药材加工技术领域。本发明公开的中药泡腾片的制备方法包括以下步骤：包合步骤：用环糊精对提取自中药材的脂溶性组分进行包合，得到环糊精包合物；制片步骤：将所述环糊精包合物与提取自所述中药材的水溶性组分、泡腾崩解剂以及药学上可接受的辅料混合，经压片制得中药泡腾片。该制备方法通过使用环糊精对原料进行包合，改善了难中药活性成分的挥发性、不稳定性及刺激性等缺陷，可使药物增溶和提高稳定性外，还可降低药物的毒副作用，促进药物在体内的释放，增加药物吸收，提高生物利用度。 |
