| Abstract | 本发明提供一种干细胞软膏的制备方法及该方法制备的软膏。本发明通过将具有免疫调节和促进组织再生功能的间充质干细胞在3D悬浮培养条件下制备成大小均匀的团块，并混合在一种无生物毒性的活性能量基质中制成一种软膏。干细胞可以在这种软膏中于室温条件下可存活一周之久，保持生物活性。本发明提供的干细胞软膏可以直接涂抹于皮肤损伤处，其中的干细胞会迁移到伤口中抑制炎症并促进组织再生，加快伤口的愈合并显著改善愈合状况，减少疤痕形成。完成修复过程后，干细胞会被自体免疫系统清除，无残留，安全性稳定高效。 |
