| Abstract | 本发明提供了二氢丹参酮Ⅰ在制备治疗溃疡性结肠炎药物中的应用，用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎的包含所述二氢丹参酮I的药物组合物，以及制备所述药物组合物的方法。实验显示二氢丹参酮I(DHT)能安全有效地抗溃疡性结肠炎，包括有效改善实验性溃疡性结肠炎小鼠的一般状态，明显改善病理变化、显著减轻炎症反应、降低血浆炎症因子的水平等。 |
