Abstract	本发明提供了一种用于抗体表达的表达框、表达载体、含该载体的宿主细胞及其制备方法和应用。本发明为高效表达基因工程抗体提供了新的选择。本发明提供的用于抗体表达的表达框为在第一启动子后可操作的连接有抗体的轻链和重链的编码序列，轻链和重链的编码序列之间用内部核糖体进入位点序列IRES进行连接，所述用于抗体表达的表达框还包括第二启动子以及由第二启动子控制表达的筛选基因。本发明提供的用于抗体表达的表达框能实现在同一宿主细胞内抗体轻链和重链的同步和高效表达。
