| Abstract | 一种源自天然虫草的免疫增强药用核苷组合物，其特征在于，组成和重量比例为，尿苷∶肌苷∶鸟苷＝2～34∶3～44∶1～18，或其中任意两种的组合物。优化方案的组成和重量比例为，尿苷∶肌苷∶鸟苷＝7～9∶10～12∶4～6，或其中任意两种的组合物。最佳比例为，尿苷40g，肌苷55g，鸟苷25g。组合物中还可加有药用辅料。所述的药用辅料选自：糊精、淀粉和微晶纤维素。本发明还涉及上述源自虫草的核苷组合物在制备免疫增强药物或功能食品中的应用。实验数据表明：本发明的免疫增强核苷组物可以明显提高机体的免疫功能，通过增强免疫功能，产生防病治病的效果。 |
