| Abstract | 一种免疫抑制药用核苷组合物(源自虫草的免疫抑制药用核苷组合物)，其特征在于，组成和重量比例为，尿苷∶腺苷∶鸟苷＝2～22∶1～14∶1～18，或其中任意两种的组合物。优化方案的组成和重量比例为，尿苷55g，腺苷35g，鸟苷45g。组合物中还可加有药用辅料。所述的药用辅料选自：糊精、淀粉和微晶纤维素。本发明还涉及上述源自虫草的核苷组合物在制备免疫抑制药物中的应用。本发明通过免疫抑制，尤其是通过抑制激活的免疫功能产生防治器官移植排斥反应和自身免疫性疾病的效果，从而提供一种有效的器官移植免疫抑制剂。 |
