| Abstract | 以CSMAR经济金融数据库为实例， 基于VBA编程实现了具有数据校准、数据拆分、冗余数据剔除、数据聚类合并、数据排序、数据统计分析等功能的Excel数据处理软件；同时从CSMAR中抽取了1999年至2013年1735家上市公司的样本数据，对女性高管比例及从业情况进行了统计分析，实证显示在知识经济快速发展的时代，女性在经济社会发展中的作用日益凸显。 |
