Abstract

This paper proposes a new type of dual-rotation valve engine, which uses the intake rotary valve and the exhaust rotary valve to control the intake and exhaust of the engine, replacing the intake and exhaust valves and camshafts of the conventional engine. The basic mechanism and working principle of the machine are discussed. In this paper, the combustion chamber structure and lubrication method of the machine are also designed. The compression ratio of the machine is calculated, the gas distribution phase is designed, and the ventilation passing ability is analyzed. It is concluded that the machine has the advantages of simple structure, few parts and strong ventilation capacity, that is, it is suitable for port injection and can also carry out in-cylinder injection.
