| Abstract | 两岸四地，公函往来，由于各自的公函规定不同，在实际的公函公务交流中，在发文程序、文种选用和信封书写等方面容易产生误解。根据应用文写作的法规原则、适切原则、 礼貌原则等，以一封海峡两岸的争议公函为例，探讨两岸四地公函规定的不同，引导各地公务人员关注彼此信函规定的差异，达成谅解，相互尊重，不仅是为了化解两岸信函交流的隔 阂，也有助于规范两岸公函往来，提高沟通效率，促进两岸四地共同接力、传承和发展中华信函文化。 |
