漢代“經學家法”論

Abstract

經學成立於漢,《春秋》爲核心,彰明孔子的理念。漢初行《春秋穀梁》義;漢武帝置《五經》博士,奠定經學的格局;西漢末至東漢,《公羊》有顏、嚴學。《左傳》同時冒起。《公羊》和《左傳》的興替,顯示經學的争持。“守文”出於需要,有助保存經歷酷劫的學術;門戶的分化,不免於投機取巧。博士功令制度的建立,爲維護個人利益而導致經學异化,漸失道德和意識型態上的力量。古文經學强調孔子,以訓詁代替章句,回歸原典,與“守文”不异。詮釋《春秋》衍生門户,各自發展出“超越性”義例,而非針對歷史事實。今古文均利用“陰陽學”以立義,隨意發揮,甚至無涉於經世。從“師學”至“官學”,是漢代經學辯證歷史過程,爲經學未來的發展所應取鑒。
