Dealing with the emerging we need to equip ourselves constantly with the latest knowledge and skills in order to adapt, compete and excel in the world today. E-education can be seen as an important means to enhance human new challenges in our increasingly knowledge-based society, capacity. Among the many essential issues to be considered, this paper underscores the crucial role of an "online teacher" in e-education.
