Abstract

教师的专业发展要求长期坚持道德/伦理实践。 基于此,Foucault的伦理学思想作为分析框架被用 于检视一位优秀乡村小学教师的叙事故事,以深入理解教师于其职业生涯中如何在个体、班级以及社区的层面进 行伦理实践,构建其伦理自我,推动其专业持续发展。
