| Abstract | 澳門立法會的間接選舉制度始於1976年者《澳門組織章程》，至今已有三十多年的歷史。以社團為基礎的立法會間接選舉制度，在實現社會各階層的均衡參與、鞏固行政主導體制、 持續監督民意代表正確行使權力等方面發揮了重要作用。因此，立法會產生辦法的修改過程中， 不能片面否定間接選舉制度的合理性。 |
