| Abstract | 法国汉学家伯希和于 1 93 5年提出“Macao说” ,要点有三 :(一 )澳门的外文称谓Macao借用于缅甸白古境内的Macao;(二 )澳门于 1 557年之前是一荒地 ;(三 )澳门的产生发展 ,纯粹为葡萄牙人的建设。此说在海外学者尤其在葡萄牙学者中产生了广泛的影响。中国学者曾先后批评伯希和的“Macao说”。其说的第二、三点已在大量的史实面前被驳倒 ,但第一点碍于当时的史料不足和研究未够深入。本文搜集了大量的异源史料 ,亦采纳时人的最新研究成果 ,运用归纳、对比的方法 ,论证了伯希和“中国Macao借用于缅甸”之说不可信 ,并指出澳门之Macao称谓应源于古老的阿妈信仰 |
