| Abstract | 本研究採用豪斯 (House) 的翻譯質量評估模型，分析香港法例翻譯樣本。以往的香港法例翻譯研究、或側重中英法律詞彙不一致的問題，或批評香港律政司提出的翻譯規則及原則，或針對中英法系差異進行探討。本文據豪斯的翻譯評估模型，重點分析香港法例自英文譯成中文後語域及其組成部分所發生的變化。我們發現、中文文本作者與讀者之間人際關係的層面。而語埸和語式與原文保持基本一致。此外，譯文明顥具有隱型翻譯的特點，並體現出「文化過濾器」的作用。 |
