Abstract | We round out the contributions in the book by observing that context-sensitivity is important in Asia, that crossing knowledge boundaries presents ongoing challenges, and that universalist assumptions about organizational learning are unlikely to bear fruit. We recommend further research into the role and impact of institutional voids, organizational boundaries, and other organizational contexts on organizational learning processes and effectiveness. |
