傳統市場營銷學的重要任務是面過不同的方式觀察、測量並進一步預測消費者行為並滿足其需求:不過近十年來,網絡科技和數據技術迅速發展,導致新的方式能夠提供比傳統市場營銷調研更大量、更即時、且更客觀的信息,這有助於學界和企業更有效地理解和預測消費者的真實行為,在這樣的背景下和新的社會生活形式下,市場營銷學需要藉助新料技和新方法,才能進一步精進市場營銷的學術研究和實際應用。在此,介紹區塊鏈、物聯網、神經營銷學對市場營銷學的影響,同時也反映這些新方向對澳門的啟示。
