| Abstract | The E-Ticketing System allows customer to select seats and purchase tickets online. The bottleneck for the whole ticketing process comes at the ticket issuance stage, that the current process requires customer to get the printed ticket from appointed ticket agents. Electronic ticket in mobile media becomes the perfect supplement to the E-Ticketing System, as it allows ticket to be downloaded to electronic/mobile media such as smart card and mobile phone. This paper presents the different solutions on using smart card and mobile device as ticket media, and some of the design issue on doing so. |
