Abstract | The dielectric properties of unannealed and annealed samples in Pb(ZnNb)O-PbTiO- BaTiO (PZN-PT-BT) ceramics were analyzed to infer the influence of para-electric BZN nano-regions. A large variation was found in the dielectric frequency relaxation and average phase transition temperatures of these ceramics. Results indicated that PZN-PT-BT ceramics were self-assembling nano-composites. |
