Abstract

The study of kinetic behaviors of unusual low-temperature ferroelectric properties of PbLa(ZrSnTi )O ceramics was done. The antiferroelectric properties with pronounced polarization versus electrical field hysteresis double loops resulting from the field-induced antiferromagnetic-to-ferroelectric switching were revealed in a wide temperature range. The reverse switching time was found to be temperature dependent.
