Abstract

A study was performed on exciton diffusion in light-emitting organic thin films. The photocurrent spectroscopic technique was used for the purpose. It exhibited either symbatic or antibatic responses. It was found that the direction of the photocurrent even altered with the energy of illuminating photons, at certain small biases.
