直流电压自平衡新型三电平准谐振逆变器

Abstract

传统二极管钳位的三电平逆变器运行时,中线电流会造成逆变器直流电压不平衡并影响输出效果。同时逆变器中的开关损耗也是在高电压、大容量应用中必须考虑的问题。为了减少逆变器的损耗及改善直流电压不平衡,本文提出一种直流电压自平衡新型三电平准谐振逆变器及其控 制算法。给予直流侧电压自平衡能力,并利用软开关去降低逆变器的开关损耗。通过仿真模型,证明了其结构及控制方案的可行性,并与传统三电平逆变器进行了比较。
