Abstract本发明公开了一种LixSi复合材料及其制备 方法和锂离子电池负极材料。该LixSi复合材料, 其包括内核和包覆于内核表面的壳层,内核为 LixSi纳米颗粒,壳层为人工SEI膜;其中,人工 SEI膜由连续分布的LiF薄膜以及聚合态的含F高 分子层构成。通过“液相界面反应”在LixSi纳米 颗粒表面包覆一层连续,均匀且致密的人工SEI 膜,从而提升Lix Si复合材料环境适应能力,且 LixSi复合材料能够在潮湿的空气中,NMP ,乙醇 及水溶剂中保持长期的化学和结构稳定性。该 LixSi复合材料用作锂离子电池负极时,可以有 效电池的首次库伦效率,能量密度以及循环寿 命。
