Abstract | 本申请公开一种配电网分层协调控制方法、系统、设备及存储介质,属于配电网控制技术领域。该方案通过协调主动配电网的各类响应时间不同的可控设备,将电压稳定性约束整合到下垂控制参数的优化模型中求解随实时电压偏移调整功率输出的下垂控制参数,同时,将预测的电压偏差引入机会约束优化模型中求解电压参考值,能够有效降低因为新能源随机波动性和负荷预测偏差造成的电压超过规定范围,降低电压越限的次数和时长,提升配电网电压质量。 |
