| Abstract | 本发明提供了经典名方一贯煎肝病调节作用的质量标志物的筛选方法。本发明还提供了经典名方一贯煎的质量检测方法。本发明基于质量标志物理论，首次提出13个能真实反映经典名方一贯煎临床疗效的标志物，并依此建立了一套快速、准确、可靠、成本低的多指标含量测定方法。基于TQ-S-MS/MS所建立的含量测定方法实现了对多批次一贯煎样品的质量控制，且操作便捷，能实现实验室和工业生产的快速推广。 |
