| Abstract | 結腸炎被世界衛生組織列為現代難治性疾病，近年來在我國人群中的發病率越來越高，嚴重影響了患者的生活品質。本發明公開了一套製備具有抗結腸炎作用的積雪草外泌體的方法。本發明的創新點在於積雪草外泌體的製備及其抗結腸炎活性的探索。本發明採用超高速蔗糖梯度離心法從中藥積雪草中提取外泌體。這些外泌體減少了右旋糖酐硫酸鈉誘導的小鼠結腸炎的腸道炎症細胞浸潤。本發明在開發抗結腸炎藥物方面值得進一步探索。 |
