Abstract本申请公开了一种开关电容网络带隙电压基准电路及其温度补偿方法,电路包括时钟信号及VEB电压生成电路、开关电容网络电路和深n阱NMOS晶体管漏电流补偿电路,其中,时钟信号及VEB电压生成电路用于产生时钟控制信号、第一负温度系数电压和第二负温度系数电压;深n阱NMOS晶体管漏电流补偿电路用于根据时钟信号及VEB电压生成电路的输出,生成补偿电流;开关电容网络电路用于根据时钟控制信号、第一负温度系数电压、第二负温度系数电压和补偿电流,生成基准电压。本申请实施例能够通过漏电流补偿电路以降低基准电压的温度敏感性,进而进一步提高带隙电压基准电路的精度。本申请可以广泛应用于电源管理集成电路技术领域。
