| Abstract | 细胞是生物体的基本单位，利用细胞作为药物载体或治疗手段具有独特的优势。在过去的几年里，我们开发出一种独特的“超分子细胞”，即通过超分子化学手段工程化细胞，将纳米药物或生物材料通过人工主客体相互作用在细胞外或细胞内自组装，从而使其锚定在细胞表面或内部，以通过细胞靶向递送到特定组织。最近，我们通过细胞内自组装生物材料可以将药物靶向输送到病灶组织，进而高效的治疗急性肺炎、实体瘤和感染性疾病等1,2 |
