Abstract | Two kinds of frequency selective surfaces (FSSs) based on Filtenna-To-Filtenna (FA-T-FA) structures with improved performances are presented in this paper, including Filtenna-Filtenna and Filtenna-Filter-Filtenna structures. The FA-FA one consists of two back-to-back filtennas. Wide transmission bandwidth and two stop bands are obtained. Compared with FA-FA FSS, a filter-embedded ground plane is introduced between two filtennas, forming FA-F-FA FSS. A wider passband and rejection band can be achieved. |
