Abstract	本申请提供的一种降压转换器、系统及设备，涉及转换器技术领域，降压转换器包括转换单元，转换单元包括N‑1个第一储能单元、N‑1个第二储能单元、电感、2N个功率单元，N为大于或等于2的整数，电压输入端依次通过2N个功率单元接地，2N个功率单元之间的2N‑1个中间节点包括N‑1个第一中间节点、N‑1个第二中间节点及一个第三中间节点，每个中间节点为相邻两个功率单元之间的连接点，若转换单元的数量为多个，多个转换单元中功率单元的数量相等，则多个转换单元共用相同的N‑1个第二储能单元，多个转换单元具有同一个电压输入端和多个电压输出端，相比传统降压转换器，可减小损耗，提高降压效率，减小芯片面积及转换器的体积。
