| Abstract | 《香港，你可有膽識引領世界民主?》 一文提到，多訊投票讓選民充分表達意願，比传统的勾選制更民主，運用於香港，將有助於逆轉社会撕裂，創造互信共贏，化解政改危机。雷鼎鳴教授所著《策略性投票與民主制度的優劣》 一文回應道，「假如沒有策略性投票人，大家都誠誠實實打分，那麼多訊制…自然較為可靠，此制度顯然是有優點的」，但「任何一種選舉方法下，…投票者必定有誘因通過策略性投票…以…有利自己的一方。」雷教授認為有策略票的制度不可信。
