| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种检测中药中噻虫嗪含量的免疫分析方法，其包括向包被有噻虫嗪完全抗原的固相载体中加入生物素标记的抗噻虫嗪多克隆抗体、样品溶液，反应后再加入链霉亲和素标记的辣根过氧化物酶溶液，再次反应后分别依次加入底物液和终止液，检测吸光值并计算得到噻虫嗪含量。本发明通过样品与噻虫嗪完全抗原竞争结合生物素标记的抗噻虫嗪多克隆抗体，在生物素-链霉亲和素的作用下增强信号，实现对噻虫嗪含量的检测。 |
