Abstract

本发明涉及生物工程学技术领域,具体而言,涉及磷光材料的应用和检测生物组织纤维密度的方法。磷光材料在检测生物组织纤维密度中的应用,所述磷光材料为磷光材料与所述生物组织纤维结合后,所述磷光材料的寿命发生改变的磷光探针。本发明发现采用特定的磷光材料能够检测生物组织纤维的密度,继而有效检测生物组织的变化,该检测方法无需标记,无创且灵敏度高。
