| Abstract | 自澳门制定颁布《澳门自愿仲裁法》和《涉外商事仲裁专门制度》两部法令以来，澳门社会对仲裁的使用率不高，仲裁在澳门各类纠纷解决中所体现的成效十分有限，难以发挥其作为替代性纠纷解决方式的功能。文章审视了现有澳门法律制度的优点与劣势，并分析了澳门仲裁法律制度在全球化和区域化背景下的改革方向和发展前景。 |
