| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种泽漆提取物的提取方法和应用以及预防或治疗肿瘤的药物，该泽漆提取物包括以下任意一种方式萃取得到的提取物中的至少一种：a.将泽漆的醇水粗提物经醚液液萃取后分离得到醚相，再将醚相经乙酸乙酯液液萃取后分离得到乙酸乙酯相；b.将泽漆的醇水粗提物经醚液液萃取后分离得到醚相，再将醚相经乙酸乙酯液液萃取后分离得到乙酸乙酯相，然后将乙酸乙酯相经醇液液萃取后分离得到醇相。该提取物对肿瘤具有很好的预防和治疗效果，特别是对于血管内皮瘤具有良好的治疗效果，同时在黑色素瘤中也具有抑制肿瘤生长的效果，证明了泽漆在血管内皮瘤及其它肿瘤中通过抑制血管生成而治疗肿瘤的潜在临床应用价值。 |
